Payment: Users of Coachit.ai can pay for the services offered using valid payment methods, such as credit cards, debit cards, or PayPal. Payment will be processed according to the prices set on the coachit.ai website or as agreed upon between the user and coachit.ai.
Automatic Renewal: Some coachit.ai services may offer automatic renewal options. If a user chooses this option, their payment method will be automatically charged at the end of the current service period, unless the user cancels automatic renewal before the renewal date.
Cancellation: Users may cancel their subscription to coachit.ai services at any time. However, refunds will not be provided for unused service periods. Upon cancellation of any monthly subscription on coachit.ai, the user acknowledges and agrees that this will result in the loss of any remaining tokens available in their account. Unused tokens will not be refunded or transferred to any other service or account.
Changes to the Policy: coachit.ai reserves the right to modify its payment and refund policy at any time. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the coachit.ai website. Users are responsible for periodically reviewing the payment and refund policy to stay informed of any updates.
